AutoSpa does not claim, assert, or acquire any ownership rights over your Business Data.

We process your data only for the purposes of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving our services. This processing is limited to what is strictly necessary and is governed by this Privacy Policy.

AutoSpa does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal or business information.

We may share limited information only when strictly necessary with trusted service providers who assist in delivering the Platform:

If your subscription expires, the following data retention schedule applies:

Stage	What Happens
Day 0	Subscription becomes inactive; premium features are disabled; Business Data remains securely stored; the account is marked Expired.
Within 7 Days	The subscription may be renewed; Business Data remains fully recoverable; access to premium features stays restricted until renewal.
After 7 Days	If not renewed within the 7-day window, AutoSpa may permanently delete the Business Data associated with the account.

Deletion includes, without limitation: customers, vehicles, memberships, sales records, reports, employee records, CRM history, service history, uploaded data, and business settings.

As a user of AutoSpa, you are legally obligated to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Obtain all necessary consents from your customers before collecting or storing their information within AutoSpa
• Maintain independent backups of important business records
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Immediately report any suspected security breach or unauthorized access

AutoSpa is intended solely for businesses and individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The Platform is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it promptly.

AutoSpa relies on trusted third-party service providers to deliver certain features. These providers operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies.

AutoSpa is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or security measures adopted by third-party services. Users are strongly encouraged to review the privacy policies of those providers where applicable.
